官方原话：Create customizable VHS looks in After Effects and Premiere Pro with Classic and Cinematic styles, eight presets, and detailed tape controls.
它做的事就是模拟老磁带的毛病：跟踪失真、色度延迟、磁头切换噪点、走带磨损、镜头曲率。而且同一个 .aex 放在 MediaCore 目录下，AE 和 PR 都能用。
一、界面结构
三块：Tape Style（基础观感的总开关）、Color Grading（可选调色模块）、Damage Controls（磁带损伤）。

二、噪声与走带损伤
噪声类：Noise Amount、Static Noise、Tape Color Noise、Color Blotches、Tape Noise、Bottom Noise Amount、Bottom Noise Height、Moving Band Noise。
损伤类：Damage Amount / Strength、Bottom Damage、Dropout（信号掉落，走带时的白黑横条）、Color Shift 与 Color Shift Speed、Tracking Distortion / Noise / Size / Speed、Large Warps 与 Micro Warps。
三、磁头切换噪点
这是 VHS 最标志性的那道横向亮带。可调六项：Head Switch Noise / Size / Width / Strength / Spikes，加 Tracking Distortion。
包内注释提到「lens curvature, scanline drift and a narrow moving head-switching band」，即曲率、扫描线漂移与窄的切换带一起做。
四、光学与几何
- Chromatics：Chroma Delay、Chroma Smear、Chroma Offset、Color Bleed
- Blur：Base Blur、Blur Radius、Input Blur、Horizontal Blur（横向拖尾）
- Sharpen：Sharpen Radius、Sharpness
- 几何：Lens Curvature（镜头曲率）、Scan Lines（扫描线）、Vignette（暗角）

五、调色模块
Saturation / Contrast / Brightness / Sharpness，加 Add Color Red / Green / Blue 与 Add Color Strength。
内部实现是一张 LUT（VHSCRAFT_LUT_SIZE），有 HLSL 和 OpenCL 两套实现（VHSCRAFT_GRADE_HLSL / VHSCRAFT_GRADE_OPENCL），所以 AE 与 PR 里都能 GPU 加速。
包内注释给出了基准值：Existing Standard preset (50 saturation / 130 contrast) is the reference baseline.——标准预设饱和度 50、对比度 130。
六、安装
官方 read.txt 原文：
Place the VHSCraft.aex plug-in file into C:Program FilesAdobeCommonPlug-ins7.0MediaCore.
这个目录 AE 与 PR 共用，所以一个文件两处生效。

alpha 处理：包内注释——Preserve the unwarped source alpha, including fully transparent pixels. 未变形前的源 alpha 被完整保留。
