官方一句话：“DuckFlow automatically ducks music, podcasts, audiobooks, and notifs while your timeline is playing and restores them when you stop.”
（DuckFlow 在时间线播放时自动压低音乐、播客、有声书和通知的音量，停止播放时自动恢复。）
这是 MotionCodes 做的一个很小的 CEP 扩展，但它解决的痛点非常具体。官方原文描述：“external audio (music players, notifications, etc.) mixes with the timeline audio. Every time you want to play the timeline, you have to manually mute the player, play the timeline, and then unmute it again. This breaks your workflow and wastes time.”
（外部音频——音乐播放器、通知等等——会和时间线音频混在一起。每次想播放时间线，你都得手动静音播放器、播放时间线、然后再取消静音。这打断了工作流，也在浪费时间。）
DuckFlow 就是把这个「静音 → 播放 → 取消静音」的动作自动化了。
一、工作原理（官方原文）
“When DuckFlow is active, it monitors your timeline playback in real-time. As soon as you press play, it automatically lowers the volume of all external audio players (Spotify, YouTube, VLC, notifications, etc.) to the level you set. The moment you stop the timeline, the external audio returns to its original volume all without any manual muting.”
（DuckFlow 激活后会实时监听你的时间线播放。你一按播放，它就自动把所有外部音频播放器——Spotify、YouTube、VLC、通知等等——的音量降到设定值。你一停时间线，外部音频立刻回到原来的音量，全程不需要手动静音。）
三个状态：Timeline Play → 外部音频自动降音；Timeline Stop → 外部音频立刻恢复；Seamless Experience → 全程无需手动静音。

包内出厂默认值（SoundLevel.json 实证）：FocusVolume 0.8（时间线 80%）、QuietVolume 0.1（外部降到 10%）、SilenceHoldSeconds 0.0、INCDECDelay 100 毫秒、ExitShortkey ctrl+alt+f12。
四、兼容的播放器（官方原文）
官方说可以和「任何外部音频播放器或通知系统」配合，明确列举了：Spotify、YouTube（浏览器或 App）、VLC Media Player、Windows Media Player、系统通知、以及「其他任何音频源」。

官方明确标注 Available for Windows only。官方原文：“Currently, DuckFlow is only available for Windows. Due to differences in audio handling between operating systems, this extension does not work on macOS at this time. However, a similar plugin called Doppler is already available for After Effects on macOS.”
（DuckFlow 目前仅 Windows 可用。由于不同操作系统的音频处理机制不同，这个扩展目前不适用于 macOS。不过 macOS 上 After Effects 已有一款类似插件叫 Doppler。）
