官方页面还有个关键信息：“AI usage for base models included!”（基础模型的 AI 用量已包含！）

它把「让 AI 干活」拆成了三种用法：Agent Mode（直接下指令让它做）、Script Mode（让它写 ExtendScript 和表达式）、Script Library（存好的脚本离线一键复用）。

一、模型与计费

官方说明：

• OpenAI GPT 5.4 mini 和 Claude Haiku 4.5 已包含在订阅里，不需要 API key
• 想用更高阶模型，可以接自己的 API key（官方有指南）

这点和很多同类工具不一样——不用先自己去办模型 key 就能跑起来。

二、Agent Mode（官方主推）

官方描述：

In “Agent Mode”, MATE does the work. It’s a new way to automate and batch-process tasks. Tell it “stagger layers” or “show only the translated text layers and add to render queue” and it handles the layer logic, order, and render. No complex UI needed.

三个官方例子：

Stagger Layers——”Ask MATE to stagger selected layers by frames or seconds. Adjusted exactly how you need it.”（按帧或秒错开选中图层，完全按你要的方式调整。）

另有 getContext.jsx（返回工程/合成/选中状态的 JSON）与 universal/ 下的 json2.jsx、ES6_Array_Methods.jsx 等兼容层。

版本核对：manifest ExtensionBundleVersion 2.3.0、package.json version 2.3.0、Extension Id io.omata.mate-aeft.panel Version 2.3.0，三方一致。注意 psdly 标题写 V2.4.0，但包内 manifest 与 package.json 都是 2.3.0，本条目按包内实际版本 2.3.0 记录。

宿主要求：manifest HostList <Host Name="AEFT" Version="25.0"/>，即需要 After Effects 25.0（精确版本匹配，不是范围）。RequiredRuntime CSXS 11.0。

面板信息：尺寸 340×460（最小 340×460，最大 2000×2000），菜单名 MATE，AutoVisible true，MainPath ./public/index-dev.html，CEF 参数含 --allow-file-access、--enable-nodejs、--mixed-context、--disable-site-isolation-trials。
